My name is Matt Perry

Which means this portfolio will remain buried under a ton of Friends fan fiction and celebrity gossip sites for decades to come. That's okay, it makes me feel alternative. I'm the alternative Matt Perry. A graphic-designing Matt Perry who also writes things when the mood is right and the skies are clear.

I currently wash, sleep and eat in London which is nice because I like busy places and it doesn't get much busier than the smoke, though sometimes I miss being able to see the rolling green fields of Shropshire. But then the fields are a little too quiet and they don't serve Daddy D buritos, so I guess this is what they mean by swings and roundabouts.

I'm 21 and like many 21-year-olds I listen to a lot of music, little of it legal; metal, hip hop (though never together unless you happen to be Cypress Hill), grime, drum 'n' bass, indie back when indie meant indie and not whatever the Killers claim to be. I'm not saying the Killers are bad I just seem to remember "indie" meaning Travis and Coldplay and hazy days in the fields. I also like Mario Kart, which isn't a type of music but is absolutely worth mentioning, if not in this paragraph than at least

in this one. I also enjoy Sonic and American teen comedies and memories of Uni and anything else that invokes feelings of wreckless and consequenceless freedom. Unless you're a potential employeer, in which case I like rules, deadlines and tieing my laces just so.
